Not sure why, but this week the lockdown seems to have hit me more than previously. Generally just been flipping between feeling fed up or frustration.
I think I’m a creature who does better with more routine. So to try and combat this I’m trying to stick to a better structure. Attached are what I’m focusing on. These things are better for me, you may find some points helpful too. As always find what works for you as we’re all individual and this pandemic is showing people manage things in such different ways.
PS. Anyone else when they’re studying sit on the floor with their laptop and spread their notes out everywhere? Or just me 😳😂. This picture spoke to me!
